Perhaps many have heard the song “Kamasutra” of the new project called “Total” created by famous Max Fadeev. This project is much too extraordinary for the Russian scene, because it was initiated in Germany, far from the home lands. Recently no less in the sense of originality remix for this song was shot too geographically somewhere between Prague and Kursk.
The process was as follows: the studio work of DJ RAM was interrupted by the phone call with Max Fadeev himself on the other end. After a brief interlude, Max propelled an idea to do a remix on “Kamasutra”. In reaction Ram showed up an interest to the deal and later on received a remix kit material so the process has begun.
As it is known, Max Fadeev is very picky on the questions concerning the remix stuff of all his creations, thus during the whole production process his control on DJ Ram’s progress was really tight, making phone calls almost each day and checking the fragments ready. So to speak, Max was in the Ram’s studio virtually all of the time. In the end he was given the final version of the remix, having that heard he commented with “Ok, from now on I can surely be at ease. Got to get going to sleep well”.
The remix itself is dance styled kind of thing, but not really popish or something. In the coming future it will be released on new single by Total, and its club version will feature the RAM’s album “RAMeslo”. |
